This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

## 1. Information We Collect

### A. Camera and Photo Library Data
To provide the core functionality of reading and analyzing parking signs, the App requires access to your device's camera and photo library. 
- **Image Processing:** When you take a photo or select an image from your library, the image data is temporarily transmitted to our secure backend server (and third-party AI provider, Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of analyzing the parking sign text and symbols.
- **No Cloud Storage of Images:** We **do not** save, store, or log your photos on our servers after the analysis is complete. All images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded by our backend.
- **Local History:** Your scan history (including thumbnail images and AI results) is saved **only locally on your device**. We do not have access to this local data.

### B. Usage Data
We do not use tracking software, analytics, or cookies to track your personal identity or app usage behavior.

## 2. Third-Party Services
Our App utilizes the following third-party services:
- **Google Gemini API:** Used strictly for the AI analysis of parking signs. Images are sent securely via API and are subject to Google's strict API data processing terms, which prohibit using API data to train their consumer models.
- **Apple StoreKit:** Used to handle auto-renewable subscriptions securely. We do not collect or store your payment details.

## 3. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your data during transmission (such as HTTPS/TLS encryption). Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach compromising your photos is effectively eliminated.

## 4. Your Rights
Since all your scan history is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete individual scan records by swiping left in the App's History screen, or you can delete all data by uninstalling the App.

## 5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
